Cements & Adhesives

Weld-On® 704™ PVC

Medium bodied, fast setting, Low VOC PVC cement for all classes and schedules with interference fit through 6″ (160 mm) diameter, Schedule 80 through 4″ (110 mm) diameter. Quality formulation for irrigation, electrical conduit, pool & spa and plumbing, including PVC foam core pipe. Can be used without primer on non-pressure systems if local codes permit.

Weld-On® 711™ PVC

Heavy bodied, medium setting, low VOC PVC cement for all classes and schedules with interference fit, including Schedule 80 through 12″ (315 mm) diameter. It has good gap filling properties and its medium set allows more working time in warm weather. High-strength formula is ideal for industrial piping systems.

Weld-On® 724™ CPVC

Medium bodied, fast setting, Low VOC PVC cement for all classes and schedules with interference fit through 6″ (160 mm) diameter, Schedule 80 through 4″ (110 mm) diameter. Quality formulation for irrigation, electrical conduit, pool & spa and plumbing, including PVC foam core pipe. Can be used without primer on non-pressure systems if local codes permit.

P-70™ Primer

Premium, industrial strength, low VOC primer essential for proper softening and preparation of PVC and CPVC pipe and fitting surfaces. Specially recommended for use on Schedule 80 (PN 10 and higher) and large size pipe. Excellent for cold weather applications. Handle with care, will stain most materials and surfaces.

C-65™ Cleaner

Low VOC formula for removal of oil and grease from the surfaces of PVC, CPVC, ABS and STYRENE pipe and fittings. Recommended for use before priming of pipe and fittings.

SCIGRIP 2354

2354 is a water thin, fast setting cement for bonding ABS and styrene to themselves. Not to be used for joining dissimilar materials

FEATURES

  • Low viscosity
  • Fast setting times
  • Specific for bonding ABS and styrene to themselves

SCIGRIP 3

Scigrip 3 is a water thin, non-flammable, very fast-setting solvent cement for bonding acrylic. It will also bond with other thermoplastics such as polystyrene, CAB (cellulose acetate butyrate), PETG (polyethylene terephthalate glycol) and polycarbonate to themselves. It will not bond to cross linked acrylics.

FEATURES

  • Very low viscosity – water thin
  • Very fast setting
  • Non-flammable

SCIGRIP 4

Scigrip 4 is a water thin, somewhat flammable, moderately fast-setting, blush-resistant solvent cement for bonding acrylic. It will also bond with other thermoplastics such as polystyrene, CAB (cellulose acetate butyrate), and polycarbonate to themselves. It will not bond to cross-linked acrylic.

FEATURES

  • Very low viscosity – water thin

SCIGRIP 16 – Acrylic Cement

Scigrip 16 is a medium bodied, fast-setting, high strength acrylic cement. It also bonds rigid PVC, ABS, styrene, butyrate, polycarbonate to themselves and each other, as well as other plastics and porous surfaces.

FEATURES

  • Fast setting
  • High strength

SCIGRIP 40

Scigrip 40 is a two-component, reactive, high strength adhesive for bonding and fabricating all acrylics (extruded, cast, and cross linked) to each other. It will also bond acrylic to polyester, butyrate, PVC, ABS, PETG, etc. Can also be diluted with 3061™ thinner. Meets Mil Spec A-8576C Type lll.
